By placing an order, you are agreeing to the following terms:

• As always, our products are backed by our full guarantee. If anything you purchase proves to be unsatisfactory, we will either replace the item or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.

• Orders are processed in the order which they are received.

• Though we cannot guarantee a specific time frame, orders will take approximately 1-2 days to ship. We are doing everything in our power to ship as quickly as we can while maintaining the safety of our staff within the local government mandated guidelines.

• If an item becomes unavailable, we will do our best to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

• Once your order is placed, we will not be able to edit it. If you find that you need additional items, please place another order.

• Some seed packaging may be generic and will not have growing information. All of our growing information is available here on our website.

• Please contact Customer Service if you are having an issue placing an order with a discount code.

• Shipping days are standard Monday-Friday except on holidays. If you are concerned about what day your order will ship out, please contact Customer Service. We may ask you to expedite your order so you can feel confident on when it should arrive.

Despite payment made, if we discover an error in the price or the product which you have ordered is no longer available, we will inform you of this within 48 hours from the date of order placement and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling it.

If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the product, you will receive a full refund within seven (7) working days subject to our Refund Policy as set forth below. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges.
