DELIVERY POLICY

We cover many postcodes within Peninsular Malaysia including Sabah & Sarawak.

Deliveries are made Monday – Friday: 10am – 5pm, excluding public holidays. You will be receiving your order as soon as the next working day or within 2 – 3 working days.

For every order, Jom Tanam will provide a tracking ID number which you can use to track your delivery with the courier company on our Delivery details page.

• We will ship your order via J&T Express. Always be sure to include a physical address so there are no delays in processing & shipping your order. Orders to Sabah & Sarawak will be charged at different rate.
• Note: Your shipping charges may differ slightly depending on your location. All shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.

We are temporarily unable to ship internationally. We hope to begin shipment internationally soon.

We guarantee your seeds will arrive in perfect condition at the address given on your order. All goods are shipped Monday through Friday 12pm and will arrive 2 – 3 days from the shipment date.
